Hat tip to the Blasian Experience.
This story hasn’t really gotten much attention here in the U.S or at least I haven’t heard of it. An Asian Australian mother came to the states with her African American husband to get medical attention for her baby girl named Zara. Zara has cardiomyopathy and is in need of a heart transplant.
As of March 2008 the family moved from NYC to New Jersey because they were having a rough time, but they still need financial help.
Hey, TLC/Discovery Health, you are always doing specials, this would be an interesting show to do along with giving the family a bit of financial solvency. And Oprah, you can jump in at any time, too.
They have what it takes to be tv ready, a heartwrenching story plus attractiveness. What more can you want?
